DBA is the extension for files used with Palm Desktop, the desktop companion software for all Palm hand-held devices. Palm Desktop lets users view, sort, find, edit, backup and add files to Palm OS devices.

CSV (comma-separated values) is a file extension for the storage of data arranged in a "table of lists" form, with each associated data item (member) in a group separated by commas in a set.

To convert files from DBA to CSV, you must use a conversion program. Many of these are available as free trial downloads online, and all are generally interchangeable for this purpose.
