Thread: iTunes issue

I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 operating system and Installed I-Tunes application. But I am not able to import files. I am able to see songs in iTune library but when I perform add files to library nothing take places. I am not getting any solution for my problem and need some help for solving that problem.

Normally iTunes application not responds as antivirus program running in background. You must stop all processes running in background related with antivirus software and then import all music files. I think this will fix your issue.
