Thread: Problem in installation of Nero

There is problem in my Nero 9 application when I try to install it on computer it gives an error message Application has failed to start as its side by side configuration is incorrect. Please help me to get rid of this matter as soon as possible.

Uninstall existing version of Nero 9 from computer. Use Nero clean tool, this tool remove each file relate with Nero. Then reinstall application on computer.

I think your computer doesn’t have appropriate C++ package installed. As system doesn’t have C++ package and because of this it is showing error. So installed C++ package on your computer.
