    Default To completely reboot my PC

    My problem is how do i totaly reboot my pc if that is the word, when , i mean like acquiring all reseted, with no programs on the desktop besides recycle bin and have all deleted as if the computer was brand new .

    Can you give some suggestion in this problem.
