Thread: Task manager not responding

I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 64bit operating system. When i press ctrl alt Del, it just opens a window of a black and green graph with the heading local area connection how can it get this back to normal? What I need to do in this situation please help me out from this issue.

just double-click on the graph and it should all go back to normal, displaying the menus and tabs.
