    Default Low Windows experience index

    Hi,
I have AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition processor and ASUS M3N78 Pro motherboard, Kingtons hyperX 6GB RAM and OCZ 600W PSU.I feel the index rating has lowered. Present rating is below 3.7? What will you say about this?

I guess your AMD processor is in power saving mode. It actually running under some load or stress .You achieve the rating in power saver mode. You can check the CPU rate with CPU-Z system while running at 3.2 GHz. It should be greater than 7. Hope this will solve your problem.
