I would suggest you to go for since it's more gimcrack and at the similar time it views the kinds keystrokes, visited web link, desktop screenshots, FTP activities, chat logs, net activities, system process, started / closed windows, downloaded files and all other activity executed by the monitored user. You can simple makes Offline Logs for to be preserved for the monitored user which can be seen later on in text file format.

If money is not a issue then i would suggest you to go with NetVizor. It's an meshwork monitoring software that invisibly monitors your total meshwork from single fundamental location. Deploy NetVizor from one position and record all users do, adding screenshots, keystrokes typed, program and net usage, emails and chats, file/paper usage, and much more. Generate information activity reports in seconds, see your total meshwork in actual-time, and get moment behavior alerts when undesirable activities occur.

You don't require to monitor your workers as long as it gives better work reports to you. Well not unless you observe few lapses, perhaps this workers monitoring software should be right for you. It catch screenshots of the desktop of your workers and at the similar time sends out the web link he/she visited. You can try it out for free. But yet I don't actually view it requirement to monitor your crew.
