Default The problem with the sound on Realtek ALC882/naushniki

Hey all. Big problem is this: when I put the "headphones" in the "Realtek HD audio configuration" that left "ear" stops working, or rather, it begins to hiss and ate audible sound. When put to "Line Out" is all right.
I would like to know the problem with the sound card or headphones?

You headphones to the input on the front panel or connect directly to the sockets on the motherboard at the rear.
