Thread: Sound card not support Soundmax 5.1 speakers

I have integrated sound card in my PC and Windows 7 installed in it. But issue is sound card is not supporting Soundmax 5.1 speakers attached to PC. I can hear sound from 4 speakers but one speaker is not functioning. So please help me to solve this problem.

I think this is connection problem with the PC. So take out all connections and then do it again correctly. This may solve your problem.

May be you haven’t set sound output mode for 5.1 speaker, still using 2.1 speaker output mode. So go to sound settings and make it appropriate and choose 5.1 surround sound speakers for audio output. After reboot PC and your problem will be resolved.
