    Default Sound failure

    Hi,
I have latest computer which has Intel DG41RQ motherboard with Intel Core i7-950 3.06GHz, 6Gb DDR3 RAM, 2TB HDD, ASUS EN450GTS 1Gb GPU running Windows 7. My issue is it does not give sound. Can it be the issue with the voltage?

You are absolutely right it's voltage problem. As you said that you have 2x4 power port on your motherboard and you are using the 2x2 power connector. I guess that you require to use 2x4 power connector. If you will use it then you will get full functionality of Intel DX58SO. Try it will solve your problem.
