    Default Hdmi sound problems

    Hi all, my computer is hooked up with 22" Samsung monitor. Currently I'm using my 4850 w/ an HDMI cable for my monitor which is DVI-in only. So I used an adapter. And after that there was no sound. Please help. Thanks.

    All cards do not put sound through the DVI ports. According to my knowledge I think my 5xxx cards and the GTX 400 cards do but i'm not confirm about anything native than that.
