Thread: Creative X-If Surround 5.1

Hey there all, I am using windows vista x64 sp2 and Sound Blaster SB073A X-If XtremeGamer and it will not perform in 5.1, the sub/center output is not perform and when I insert in a mic the computer crashes in to a blue screen. I have all the latest drivers for everything. Please help! Thanks in advance for advice.

Hi, you need to use Alchemy with which will provide you 5.1 thru the game. As directed by sound hall, and Alchemy transfer the calls to penal.

With 5.1is not doing in windows sound control panel.

Check your attachments and confirm you have the right connections.
