Thread: XFX 9600 sound effect

Hello guys, I am having a Compaq Presario notebook; this is accessing with windows 7 OS. With this it is particular with NVIDIA GEForce XFX 9600GSO GPU. I am also having an outer monitor this is attached with the help of HDMI port, the issue with this is after attaching the monitor I does not get any sound in my sound output device. Though there is no problem with the video output. I attempted major tricks to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance!

The issue shown with the sound driver, for that initial of all verification the driver status from device manager after connects the HDTV. Right click on the driver, and get the update option, just choose the advanced suggestion option, this is the manually update process.

I have certain information on this topic, the DVI to HDMI adapter or port is switching not much of a sound, for this you require to pass few of the analog signals.
