    Default Platinum EX enquiry

    Hello
This is Rippley enquiring about the avalability of the Audigy Platinum EX sound card on this site. I would like to purchase this particular model card. I have been working with one in my recording studio for about five years ..it was recently stolen along with the PC.

I have since re built the studio and am running 2 Tbites on two separate PCs both with M Audio Pro cards as recommended by my "Techie'. However my sound files as created on my Platinum EX card now sound nothing like the Platinum EX sound achieved during the original recording and production process.

I wrote to Creative US and asked if the Titanium Series cards were actually the same card updated and with a new name ..They were non commital but recommended the Titanium Series as there next best option. I'd go for the updated Titanium if I could guarantee achieving the same sound as the Platinum EX..otherwise I'd prefer to purchase the Platinum Ex to be sure.

    can you help or advise
    Regards Rippley
