The top performer this year was the mighty Logitech Z-5500 5.1 speakers. It is one of the most powerful speakers, has a good bassy neutral sound. They are perfect even for home theater systems where HTPCs and enthusiast level CD players with digital output. We wish the price was a lot lower but then, we can't have everything, can we?
