I bought a new 500 GB HDD (Sea gate) and it's not detecting in my computer. This is not the first time, but is the third time I am facing this problem. I have already replaced two hard disks but the problem still exists. Please give me a solution.

You have not stated the configuration of your system, especially the motherboard model number. Check online with the manufacturer of the motherboard if your board supports a sATA hard drive of 500 GB or not. Usually older motherboards do not support higher capacity or sATA hard drives. You might need to flash the BIOS with a newer firmware. Download the latest firmware for your motherboard, flash it and check if the hard drive is being detected. Else you might have to go in for an upgrade of your motherboard, processor and RAM. If you do not know how to flash the BIOS, ask a friend or an engineer to help you. Flash the BIOS at your own risk.
