Iomega Corporation has upgraded their StorCenter ix2 NAS series with the most advance StorCenter ix2-200, making it a perfect NAS device for small business users as well as home users with business data management features along with a highly developed media serving features.

The StorCenter ix2-200 is being enhanced by a 1GHz CPU along with a 256MB RAM. It has two 3.5-inches Easy-Swap SATA-II hard drive bays. The ix2-200 NAS also sustains RAID 1 with automatic RAID recreate with JBOD mode as well as presents iSCSI block-level access.
