Thread: i had a harddisk which crashed it worked on ATX supply when after it got repaired it only worked on AT supply?

    Default i had a harddisk which crashed it worked on ATX supply when after it got repaired it only worked on AT supply?

    why ? is there any thing which could be done to make it work on ATX supply ?

    Where did you come up with this dumb proposition? Both at/atx power supplies produce the same output current for the hdd/cd/dvd drives. They are not the culprit if the drive went belly up because of mishandling or static discharge.
