Thread: DVD drive - Slow speed

I know that only with an extra tool that runs in the background. there is no tool more what's going on Win7, and I also know without any possibility.

There was formerly tools called CD Brake with the maximum speed of many drives could be limited because disk drives were still very noisy. Today, those programs that I know of no longer being developed because modern drives even at maximum speed even quieter than an old 8x burner.
