Default Asus P8Z68 "No hard disk drive Detected"

I have one solid-state drive and no mechanical hard drive. I am utilizing the PC that does not observe hard disk drive to type this now. Only wondering why BIOS does not detect hard drive. When I go into BIOS, the Crucial M4 is found. It just says not detected in the flash screen.

It appears that the system lacks drivers for solid-state drive. Because of which it is not found. Check in disk management. Can you see the drive. If you can you may require to format it so that Windows can read it. Or else it may not function at all. Another answer to utilize that SSD is utilizing a usb enclosure. Only attach the drive to the enclosure and through usb interface you can utilize it in your system.
