Thread: Require assist !! hard drive is not recharging osx disc

I suspect you are having a worse hard drive but then I am not so confirm about the similar, in order to search it out if it is possible then only arrange other hard drive of a g4 and then check out the similar on your device and see if it is creating any difference, if it functions well then you familiar who is the culprit, only check it out and then let me familiar what response you acquire.

I imagine you were correct the latest hard drive is the culprit, I have only just checked out the other hard drive from my friends g4 and it is only functioning set and well and I am not having any loading supplied with it, anyways I only needed to familiar if there is a way through which I can format the latest hard drive or I will only have to acquire a new one if the disc would not function?? I have tested holding c on start up w/ but then it did not created any dissimilar, I will wish to familiar if you have any other answer for me just now.

See if the "c" key is not functioning out for you then you can test out the option of the similar and that is holding the Option key at the startup, when you do so then you will acquire an onscreen menu which will show up the in build boot drives and if the Set up Digital Video Disc is not shown up then there are possibilities that the Digital Video Disc is worse or the cdrom drive, to acquire more assist only state the example of the mac along with the edition of the operating system X Install DVD which you are testing to utilize recently .

I will wish to inform you that Snow Leopard would not function on a PowerPC/powermac PC, I imagine that you must be testing to load panther, so only check out the similar and be clear, if it is panther then i only needed to familiar that are you having a black colored disc?? And not silver grey example specific discs?? If you are having a black colored disc then it should function well and I suspect you to be having a worse hard drive, you will have to acquire a substitute for the similar.
