I am programmer but I do not know about awk and sed. So please provide me some information about it and also differences between awk and sed. Any help will be appreciated.

The awk and sed are scripting languages. They can be programming language that permits control of software and programs. Scripts can be unlike from code of programs, as they can be written in separate language and frequently formed by end-user.

About sed:

Differences between awk and sed:
