Thread: Blu ray issue

Recently I bought Acer laptop. In my laptop Blu Ray DVD's is not working well but when I connect my TV to the laptop, there is nothing to be happened and I received such kind of error message as: your display environment does not support protected content playback. I am not getting any solution for my problem and need some help for solving that problem.

Try disc clean up in programs, accessories, system tools and run your reg cleaner tool

Adjust hardware acceleration setting should fix the display issue in WinDVD. Follow the given steps:

• Right click desktop >> Properties>> then Settings

• Advanced >> Troubleshoot >> Change hardware acceleration to full

• Click apply >> Click OK
