Thread: Not able to assume bbc iplayer on Sony KDL-32W5810 freesat television

Here i must advice you to contact your local service agent because he only assure you fix and try it in his lab, so that its acquire clear that the trouble is in television or acquiring trouble with something else. I just heard the news that BBC are not developing iPlayer on Freesat, i do not familiar this is fact or just a rumor but i read this somewhere in the net. and i too heard that in the future now not decided to establish any other IP services on those products.

I too have the Sony KDL-32W5810 freesat television and acquiring similar trouble here from last some days. I purchased this might be before 11 months and from last some days its giving me trouble. I tested to find this on many places still i read few books from library and go by many guides, but no profit so far.

Now i only talk to BT and service agent utilized my laptop through remote control and assure entire the network circumstances and get rid of my firewall circumstances on the homehub. As per BT all is ok, lan cable is just functioning good. Later that i talk with the sony individual and they assure my television mostly confirm the ip address and and installed software edition. Too ping the laptop to assure the network response.

I have finish a few thing in this case. I proceed with the factory circumstances in TV, later that disabling the firewall and assure the lan circumstances and entire, but nothing useful. I contacted to technical individual and they give me the similar levels which you have mentioned in you post. Anyway, i will test to contact them another time.
