Here are a couple of such sites which deserve the tag of 'Totally Bookmarkable.

RoLLing Stone:

One of the oldest and most respected music mags on the planet has an equally noteworthy online version. The site contains very well written music reviews and also movie reviews by the inimitable Peter Travers. The site is also constantly updated with music news, concert images and opinion pieces that go beyond music but also cover politics, humor, and literature among other things. Caution: Not for the faint -hearted right wing conservative.

ALL Music:

If you base what you listen to on opinions and reviews then All Music is the site for you.This site is arguably the biggest online repository of music reviews that span almost every possible genre in popular music. The list is huge and those responsible for the site do a commendable job of reviewing a large portion of music releases.



BiLLboard:

Access toget the latest on what's making news on America's music scene. This chart is widely recognized by the American music industry as the best measurement of sales and popularity. You can browse charts based on genres which look at either singles or albums. As I am typing this Billboard tells me that the most popular Rock album in the States is Nickelback's Dark Horse.tog in to find out more.

Split Magazine:

If you are clueless about the Indian Rock and Alternative scene then will help you figure out bands from Bhayanak Maut to Scribe to Lounge Piranha. A very cool feature is the online radio which lets you listen to new singles released by bands across the country. Also check this site out for audio interviews, band videos, album reviews and concert listings.
