In mid-2007, Windows Vista's Ultimate Edition got a special 'Extra'¬DreamScene. It allowed for a moving wallpaper, which could be any WMV or MPEG video file. However, it was offered only to those who had purchased the expensive 'Ultimate Edition'. DeskScapes 2.0 now offers that feature and more, for all editions of Vista. You could even have your animated wallpaper change based on the time of the day - a sunrise in the morning, and a starry sky at night.
