Applications won’t load except logged into Windows 2000 Server

Hi,

The IIS or my email server (i.e. Imail) won't load unless I start with my Windows 2000 Server in the computer.

Any suggestions?

Are there any sort of smart PPL which can help me in specifying with the problem?
