I知 having a 2 users using win2k with the similar problem I've also made an attempt to fix it but it remain unresolved.

1- I知 having a local printer which is been hooked up to one of the user and is not capable to print in her login. Her network printers are also working fine. I hooked up ANOTHER local printer but there too same issue. BTW, I can print on both of these local printers when I login as Admin in the computer.


2-On an additional user, she cannot view the .jpg's which is after an office2003 up gradation. I have updated all the windows, and then uninstalled the office2003 and then ran an office cleaner. I have re-installed and still there are no jpg's. I can view the icon which I want to be linked with an application. I associated it with the windows imaging and that works. Problem is that it should just come up making use of windows periodically.

Any suggestions on either of these?
