I am in the process for reinstalling my Windows 2000 Professional, and it is freezing when the network recognition wizard comes up. By this I signify that when I click on the "next" button but not anything happened, and I am unable to click on the "cancel" button. I have also attempted to restart the computer, but the same thing occurred. How can I fix this issue?
