It’s a weird I’m also running Windows 2000pro of the way and recently it seems that I have misplaced my administrative rights, for example I am unable to move my icons which are on my desktop about anymore, and wish to put them in a folder. I have scanned for viruses, spyware, and I have also downloaded all the windows upgrades, and I went to the users/passwords and make sure about my administrator location, please help me. But generally the problem which I’m having is that I am not been able to move the icons periodically.
