Thread: Am I able to free up or amplify system resources?

Ok, I've also been problem since I have started making use of win2k for years ago. It is rare but very irritating. If I desire to explore or if I have to depart from my computer on, windows will freak out, my open windows and folders will also flash and jump around the screen, the top of the windows where the task/folder name is displayed will become clear, applications will also freeze up, and the windows will also protest that it is low or out of system resources. Now I’m having 1GB of RAM which is presently and even if only the 700MB's which is been used, windows will also start to freak out. I have also encountered this type of problem in my last PC which has died, and I had over a GB of ram in that one? Is there a answer to this, other then closing the application, which is nearly not possible when the windows which starts bugging out?
And has anyone had or seen this problem?

I too had the similar problems; I have also backed up all my data and then reformatted it. That has resolved my entire problem too. Sure, you may not be capable to do that so, and I have left other advice for other users.
