Thread: Upgrading from NT 4.0 to Windows 2000

Is the upgrade form NT 4.0 to Win2k moderately simple? I have a small NT 4.0 which requires to be upgraded to 2000 for supporting the Exchange 2000.

I would, in its place of upgrading, reconstruct all of the users with a fresh Windows domain installation.

Yes ... preferably I would too but the upgrade would be more faultless to the user - right? If I produce a new users and a fresh new domain then all the workstations would have to get the added back to the domain...

As well as encompass to migrate or move all the user profiles.
