Default I can do something with my PC?

    Hello.

It takes time and informed by reading here. If I use a word that does not understand.

I am assembling a new PC for me, and my little brother would stay with the one I used so far. And I wonder if you could try the latter overclocked (albeit not much), and thus learn to pass when the new one. I leave with you the data from your PC (if you need something Notify).

    Thank you very much everybody.

I think you're motherboard is a P4S800, LOQ means that EU uses SIS chipset, although very complex as pc desktop, you will not allow overclocked nicely because it blocks the PCI Frequency / AGP / IDE motherboard, in simple words, when you upload the FSB of your motherboard, also raise the frequency of port PCI / AGP and IDE, which should not happen and you can easily burn to a PCI card , HDD, etc. the most certain is that the BIOS of your motherboard comes with capada overclock options and not allow you to change the FSB, in the event that you have it, do not recommend for your safety move the FSB frequency beyond 215Mhz.

It is normal for the GPU so you can climb from about 350MHz to 250MHz, so you just try, go up 10 MHz to 10 MHz and stability testing to search Artifacts (errors in the graphics textures) of Atitool... the frequency of the memory of the video card does not touch, and should be at its peak.

Well I have just come just two problem start ... I get these messages when starting informative ATI Tools.

The truth is that makes me hesitate a little ... The problem is that the overclocked card will not let me? Or do I have to disable the "Alternate Pixel Center that ...? And if so, how do I do?

As the message says, when you test the stability I get nothing but errors start, even without raising the MHz thing.

Assured that nothing happens... what happens is that those using the older drivers and more than original, so this tells you that blocked overclock.

I managed to uninstall the old drivers and install new ones that I've put (insurance that are newer?). The GPU-Z and detects the changes: But when I open the ATI Tool still displayed the first message information (the second not ...). And I still have the same problem to give a "Scan for Artifacts", I get error instantly ... no longer see the 3D image is and yellow flashing. All this without changing the MHz. So I'm not sure I'm doing wrong.

    Hello

Before thinking about a problem with the team I would be inclined to think that you should update.

Ok, proved these 4 things (drivers, unlock, temperature, pixel center ... in that order).

In games I have no problems in principle, but the truth is that neither use new games too ... And also said the temperatures when you put that cane a good time, the process gets to 60 degrees or even something more ... took time to change the thinking of cooling, but with the new PC I'm riding, was not eager to spend more on the old paste.

    Thank you very much.

    Hi

Anyway there is a newer version, is not whether it was March of 2008, I had to take to fix a drama with UT3, 60 degrees is a lot for a processor.

    Greetings
