My Pen4 1800Mhz computer has a cassette style of system that permits me to exchange my XP as well as 2K hard drives as and as I require them. This can only be done while the computer is shut down.
In Outlook Express (both my XP as well as 2K hard drives) my folders are patched to my Slave drive. This is achieved from inside Outlook Express through the Options>Maintenance panels. From there I think it is the "store' button, or somewhat like that which opens as well as allows me to formulate the changes for the patching. The computer operates well, except this outlook issue.
All my folders are available from both HD's, which ever is inserted. All mail and folders are also accessible. But, (and there is always a but) when I access the address book (remember that this is now located on the slave drive also) the XP address book is 'up to date' but the 2K address book, pathed to the similar folder, shows up as an old and outdated address book. Why is this problem being occurred?
