Thread: My Windows 2000 is giving error

When in setup using the boot disks (the cd wouldnt boot, so I used the boot disks) I get an error on the last disk right before installing windows. the message reads: error 1722. There is a problem with this windows installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personal or package vendor.Any ideas on how to fix this without getting a new windows disk?Windows has given me ENDLESS lists of problems, because of them im on the verge of saving for a maci lost my xp disk and i dont have the requirements to upgrade to vista. plus i like the reliability/secureity/stability of win2k
