    Default Windows 7 BSOD BAD_POOL_CALLER

I have been having the problem of computer unpredictably shutting down then restarting. It tells me in message that it has blue screened. I was sitting in front of the computer, and during restart, reported Bad Pool Caller. Please help me to solve this problem.

Check Event viewer to see if there is anything unusual about the BSOD.

Have your suspected any malware or virus issues lately? In the Win 7 Start Menu search box, type messaged, press Choose an option to check your pc's ram on startup Enter Check for possible overheating.
