Thread: Password Recovery Toolbox for Outlook Express

I have recently switched Windows Vista OS to Windows 7. The problem I am facing in my system after upgradation is that I cannot install Password Recovery Toolbox for Outlook Express in Windows 7. It gives me the message that I want Administrator rights to use the same. Well, I am the admin of my machine and there is only one user account in my machine that is mine.

I think it is problem of upgradation of the Operating System from a previous version. Try to reinstall your Operating System once again.
