    Default Safe mode method

I am presently running XP and windows7 RC. Obviously, a window 7 is shown as default boot choice. How can I choose XP and go into safe mode? As soon as I choose XP, I am at desktop no more options. Please any suggestions for this problem.

Choice is first Hold down F8 while booting. Choose Safe Mode, and then choose Windows XP. And choice second, when you load XP, go to Run and enter 'msconfig'. At tab 'boot.ini', place check mark at SAFEBOOT, and make certain that MINIMAL is chosen there. Then click on OK, and reboot back into XP.
