Default Problem bulk hard drive windows 7

I have Windows 7 Ultimate on a 30GB ssd, dedicated solely to the utility operations and magic, while the amount of files in C: is + / - 17 GB, the job tells me that 26 GB + / - are occupied. I am not getting any solution for my problem and need some help for solving that problem.

I think you ought to clean up restore points:

    - In "computer", you right-click on the icon of the hard drive in question, then "properties"

    - You select "Disk Cleanup"

    - You click on "cleaning system files" on the bottom left of the window that pops up

    - You go in the "other options"

    - In the "System Restore and Shadow", you click on "clean ..."

You go and remove all old restore points except the last.
