If Windows 7 keeps shut down itself then there are some possible causes for what is without doubt a great source of frustration to you.
This is not happen because of any virus or malware. Any other reason is responsible for automatic shutdown. First of all; though, you should recognize what the problem actually is. Initially try to disable the Windows 7 automatic restart option as that may be the problem.
Here is how you do that:
1. In the search bar type in "advanced system settings".
2. For a section called 'startup and recovery' - click the "settings" button next to it.
3. In the 'system failure' window. Uncheck the box next to it.
4. finally, click the 'ok' button at the bottom of the window
This will resolve your problem.
If the problem not solve, though, then you will want to look at other possibilities, such as -
outdated device drivers
malware on your system
a corrupt program that you are using
a failed hard drive
a failing power supply
- to name but a few.
To identify many of the above conditions you should have computer savvy.
