Thread: Chkdsk issue in windows 7

I am having the desktop computer system which has the Windows 7 ultimate operating system. I am having problem with chkdsk process. Whenever I tried to run chkdsk on mt computer's "C" drive and when I reboot my PC.I tried different technique but none of them worked out,. I don't know why I unable to run chkdsk on boot drive in windows 7. Please help me to fix this problem.

Follow given steps to fix the problem.

• insert Windows 7 installation DVD and after that start your computer from it -> now go to the repair system option ->> now open command prompt and after that following command and after that hit enter.

chkdsk /f /r c:

• After few hours your chkdsk process will complete and after that your Windows will come back to its steady position.
