I at present have a difficulty where nothing... And I mean NOTHING runs or opens correctly if not I right hit + run as administrator. Documents open fine... other than some program, any game... I have to run as a direction.

It has no alternative for fitting .exe association, unhandled exceptions in each and EVERY solitary effort with all options.
