Thread: Windows 7 Cannot Boot to Safe Mode

My PC, which is running on Windows 7, does not turn on. It gets to the point where it says "welcome" and there is a blue monitor. I stay about 2 minutes, only to have the monitor turn totally black but for the mouse. I twisted it off and back on, and the similar thing happened. I tried turning it on using Safe Mode, and that is what I have at present. It seems to be working, but I restarted once more lacking safe mode and it didn't work, so it's only working with secure mode. Any ideas what's wrong/how to fix it?

You might also have a memory matter or drive injure, try a memory make sure, and drive check repair.
mem check press F8 before windows boots and choose mem check, drive check and repair, right click on the drive C;/, properties/tools/error check, check both boxes..it will take a while if you have a big drive, but is worth the time..
