Eliminating the Windows logon monitor?

How do I get eliminating the Windows logon monitor?

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Create Welcome monitor emerge

Press the "Start" button. Select "Control Panel," and double-hit "User Accounts." Select "Change the way users log on or off," and press "Use the Welcome screen for fast and easy logon" checkbox. Hit OK.

Eliminate password

Open up "User Accounts" again by double-pressing the icon in "Control Panel." Select "Eliminate my password." Place your present password, then press "Eliminate password." Once you restart machine, you will automatically logged in.
