Ok I set up win 7 and it won’t allow me modify res, and the keyboard function key is performing similar to it is continue on all the time... can you help?

It depends how a lot memory you have in it.
If you only have the basic 512Mb you are absolutely going to resist as a few of it determination be used by the graphics.
Yet with 1 GB it will not be so good.
If you can use some, attempt fitting two1GB sticks in it. My C840 is supposed to merely take 1GB, but can operate with 2GB and a 2.5GHz CPU and runs Windows 7 Ultimate.
