Thread: Windows 7 HP Graphic Card difficulty

My PC freeze whereas I was surfing on the net, I tried to open windows task manager to see if I may solve difficulty but the PC did not respond to the keyboard so I shut it down on the PC button and again started it again and I observed a difference on HP BOOT menu but that is not only difficulty.

This is not a Windows problem. If boot up monitor seems that strange F11 does not work, anything in BIOS can be corrupted. The PC is containing graphic card troubles prior to Windows still loads.

The primary thing that I should do is to search CMOS reset jumpers on motherboard and do a reset of your BIOS, then reboot and set parameters correctly.

Then reboot and see if HP boot monitor is still corrupted. If it is, eliminate the graphics card and re-seat it. If that still doesn't work, it may be a thought to attempt another card, or if the machine has an included card on the motherboard by default, attempt that.

This is a hardware difficulty, not a Windows difficulty.
