I have computer with windows 7 OS. From last night my system screen is constantly flashing. When I open any application the error come “Not Responding”. I think this happen because of I modifies the registry to optimize the shutdown speed of my PC.

Go to start, type regedit in the search box and press Enter. Once the registry editor is opened, discover these registry keys and delete them.

• HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop\WaitToKillAppTimeOut
