Default Existing account does not exist in windows

Old account was my primary user, and I had over 35 GB stored there, which Is in accordance with what TuneUpUtilities shows me.

When I using TuneUpUtilities I able to seem in ALL my subdirectories in deep, but not when I enter C: manually. When entering C; manually I get my old user accounts programmed under Documents and Setting, and I able to access Old 2-4account but, I am NOT able to access Old1.My Computer says me that Old1 has 0 byte date in it, and Old1 is NOT AVAILABLE. NO Access error

I cannot access at all or enter the account.

If your main drive is big enough or you have a second drive internal or external your best option there would be backing up on either another drive and make a clean install of XP on the drive once . The current state of the drive is too far failed in order to create any accounts transfers value the time.

through a second partition or drive you can use the "Files + Transfer" wizard on the current installation to choose files and folders to back up on another site so you are not losing any files or settings. Or you can select to boot live with a live for cd/DVD Linux distort in order to get past the access denied errors and back up manually as you browse live. Other 3rd party data recovery programs are a different option available.

One time a careful clean install of Windows is back on a new primary you would be able to restore the backups you made. You would also trip on a huge deal more drive space is then you can use.
