Thread: blue screen crash

I am using a toshiba laptop and windows 7 operating system and i repetedly get blue screen crash dumps every time i use my pc. I also formatted my pc twice but it does't help. Would be grateful to you if anybody provides me the correct solution for the above issue.

here i am explaining the complete procedure in the stepwise manner do follow.

• Download the Windows 7 & Vista EXE file and save it to your document folder.

• Download “SysInternals AutoRuns” from Microsoft TechNet and save it to your document folder.

• Right -click on the .EXE file icon and select "Run as Administrator" you must run as administrator.

• cmd/DOS screen will appear with status information

• SysInternals AutoRuns EULA and click "Accept" let script to complete it takes about 10 minutes to permorm action

• after the completion a folder is created in document folder namely “Windows7_Vista_jcgriff2”

• run system helth report and save in default file extensin-START | type perfmon /report - a viewer will appear. Save as an HTML file.
