Thread: Build a 3d desktop in window 7

I m working on window 7 , I have to create a 3d desktop in window 7 can any one suggest me about 3D desktop .

There is a several verious software around Like Paint NET but non are easy, it will take you formerly to determine it all LOL .

I'm going to be moving this thread into the produce and Themes Windows 7 Themes section where this is firstly here. I'll blow the thread with some information on customizing windows 7 themes and other programs to believe often used.
